Sue Jamieson, through shamanic and Reiki healing, focuses on helping empower people to tap into their own healing ability and innate desire for wholeness and well-being.  She has been helping clients since the early 1990's as a Reiki practitioner and since as a shamanic practitioner working with various health concerns; grief, fear, relationship issues, stress, emotional trauma and other forms of disharmony. Techniques of shamanic healing, Reiki energy healing, or a combination of both are used within a session depending upon the needs of the client. A client might feel most comfortable and best served with a Reiki energy treatment.

Reiki is a natural "laying on of hands" technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the understanding that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us. If one's life force energy is low, we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki is a simple and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement. Reiki also works in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

A client might choose to participate in a shamanic healing session. In that instance, Sue would journey to confer with her helping spirits to determine a course of action for the client.

It might be determined that the client could benefit from a soul retrieval to reclaim lost parts of life force, soul essence,  from having suffered childhood trauma, accidents, abusive relationships, depression, death of a loved one and so on.

Or it might be determined that the client could benefit from an extraction healing, a shamanic method of healing applied to "see",  sense, and remove localized spiritual illness and pain connected to spiritual factors.  When a "loss" has occurred, such as soul loss or loss of essence from long-term illness or traumatic factors, holes or openings in the energetic field are created in which spiritual intrusions can penetrate or attach.  An intrusion is not to be confused with a possession, as an extraction is different than a de-possession.

The cost of a wellness session is $60.00.

Generally, a session is an hour to an hour-and-a-half.
